All of our incentive cards are delivered electronically via email. However, the plastic card option is only available for prepaid rewards VISA and MasterCard. (Please note: the plastic card option is not available for Brazil, China, Russia and India).
Recipients have the option to request a plastic card during the redemption process after they register their prepaid reward and create the user profile. There's a $3.00 shipping and processing fee to be deducted from your card balance when you redeem your reward for a plastic card.
Plastic cards are mailed to you like a normal debit or credit card and can be used in retail store locations, online, or over the phone to make a purchase or payment.
If you haven't received your card within the standard time frame, contact Cardholder Services Support directly to report it for them to cancel the existing card, confirm your mailing address, and send you a new card.
