All Visa/MasterCard plastic cards are shipped by the cardholder services via standard USPS mail. Delivery time varies depending on your geographic location.
For U.S delivery, it can take up to 7-10 business days. For international delivery, it can take between 4 to 6 weeks. The card will be delivered in a plain white envelope from the cardholder services.
Rybbon does not provide tracking for delivery. To check your plastic card delivery status, please login to your digital wallet or contact the cardholder services for assistance.
If you haven't received your card within the standard time frame, contact Cardholder Services Support directly to report it for them to cancel the existing card, confirm your mailing address, and send you a new card.
