Rybbon's policies require that Customer Care team members communicate with customers by email.
We have found that communication by email minimizes chances of expensive miscommunications and misunderstandings. It is also a more secure form of communication because it ensures we are only communicating with the actual Rybbon account holder.
Lastly, responding by email allows Customer Care representatives to obtain assistance from other Rybbon team members if needed before responding.
