- Did you check the correct email account?
- Did you check your email spam/ junk or promotional folders? If the message appears in either folder, please make sure to whitelist the sender email to receive future emails to your inbox.
- If you are using a work email, please check with your company IT department to make sure your company Firewall security settings did not block the verification code email since it is a system-generated email.
