If you are experiencing issues redeeming your Amazon Reward Card, here are a few scenarios and tips that can be helpful:
Please note: Amazon.com rewards can only be used on the U.S. Amazon.com website. You can add
your claim code to your account by clicking on the link below: Add Amazon Claim code to your Amazon account. You need to have an active Amazon user account in order to successfully redeem your reward card.
- Once the above website loads, you can enter your claim code to add the balance to your account.
If you are getting an “Invalid Card” message, please double-check your claim code to ensure you are entering the correct card number. Amazon Claim Codes are alpha-numeric, so some numbers and letters can possibly be entered incorrectly if you are entering them manually. We recommend copying and pasting the claim code into the appropriate field if possible. Just be sure to not include any phantom spaces before or after the claim code.
If you are getting an “Already Claimed to your Account” message, please check your account balance as this means you have already added the reward card to your account at some point.
If you are getting an “Already Claimed to another Account” message, this indicates someone has gained access to your email and redeemed the reward card before you were able to. Unfortunately, in this scenario, we have no control over the security of your email. We would recommend you change the password for your email account immediately if you have not already done so. You may also want to notify your email provider of the incident and they may be able to provide you with more information about when your account was accessed.
