If you click on "GET NOW" from your reward email and the next page takes too long to load, appears to be blank, or nothing happens, please try switching to another web browser. Rybbon’s recommended browsers are Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
Please check if your computer's Firewall and Permissions are blocking the reward URL. If you are using your corporate network to access your reward, your office Firewall and Permissions may block the reward URL.
In rare situations, the reward you are trying to retrieve may be temporarily unavailable and you may need to retry again later or contact your reward sender for further assistance. You will see a message like the below in these situations:
"Oops! There was a problem on our end getting your reward. Would you mind trying again later?”
