All of our incentive cards are delivered electronically via email. However, plastic card options are available for prepaid rewards, MasterCard, and Visa.
Recipients have the option to request a plastic card during the redemption process after they register their prepaid reward and create the user profile. There's a $3.00 shipping and processing fee to be deducted from your card balance when you redeem your reward for a plastic card.
Plastic cards are mailed to you like normal debit or credit cards and can be used to make purchases or payments in retail store locations, online, or over the phone.
If you haven't received your card within the standard time frame, contact Cardholder Services Support directly to report the issue. They will cancel the existing card, confirm your mailing address, and send you a new card.
