The cardholder services ship all Visa/MasterCard plastic cards via standard USPS mail. Delivery time varies depending on your geographic location.
U.S delivery typically takes 7-10 business days. International delivery typically takes between 4 to 6 weeks. The card will be delivered in a plain white envelope from the cardholder services.
*Due to COVID 19 related delays across the globe, delivery of a physical card may take an additional 10 business days to be received.
BHN Rewards does not provide tracking for delivery. Please log into your digital wallet or contact the cardholder service provider for assistance to check your plastic card delivery status.
If you haven't received your card within the standard time frame, contact Cardholder Services Support directly to report it for them to cancel the existing card, confirm your mailing address, and send you a new card.
