If you were guaranteed a reward for completing a survey, webinar, research study, etc, but you did not receive one, please confirm the following:
- If you have multiple email accounts, please check that you are logged into the email account that the reward was sent to.
- Confirm that you provided the correct email address to the reward sender. For example, there may be a typo in your email address preventing you from receiving your reward. If you think this may be the case, please contact the reward sender with the correct email address.
- Please check your email ‘promotional’, ‘spam’, and ‘junk’ folders. If the message appears in either folder, please make sure to whitelist the email to ensure that you receive future emails from the reward sender to your main inbox. If you have checked the list above and you still require assistance, please contact the reward sender if you haven't done so already. The reward sender may have additional information about how to obtain your reward.
To clarify, the reward sender is the company you completed the survey, webinar, research study, etc for. The reward sender can confirm whether they sent you a reward or not.
